Yes, our GEN-3 portable sonar batteries, the USBs are separated from the battery, making them waterproof, if you get water in your USB ports simply turn it over on a paper towel, and let them dry out before using again.
If you have a GEN-1 or GEN-2 portable sonar, the USBs are not waterproof.
