SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping – Always
We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website—no minimum purchase required. This applies to all standard orders within the continental United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.

Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product and location. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

Freight Shipping
Large or high-capacity items may ship via freight service and require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account at norsklithium.com.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
We accept returns on most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Instructions
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used products

    • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service for all returns.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects or order errors.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (even though we offer free shipping, this note covers any special cases).

EXCHANGES

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, or you need a different item, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you’re experiencing a product issue that may fall under our warranty coverage, please review our Warranty Policy.

To begin a claim, email [email protected] and a member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged or missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Email us at [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly, whether that means a replacement or refund.
