Our GEN-3 batteries are shipped in shut-down mode to preserve life of the battery. Here is a video on how to wake our batteries from shut-down mode.
If you have a previous generation Norsk marine battery, your battery may be in a low-voltage disconnect state. You can either use our built-in wake-up function on our Norsk Evo-Tec chargers, or you can connect another battery of the same voltage with all connections removed, red to red, black to black to jump the battery.
