Never knew I needed a heated lithium battery until talking to customer service. If you try to charge a lithium battery below 32 degrees, your in trouble if you do not have a heated battery! I live at lake of the woods and have been charging this battery outside in the freezing cold. The heating element takes about 20-30 minutes to heat up the battery and then it starts charging. Game changer.
