Norsk Lithium offers free shipping for all orders in the United States.

We use FedEx or Spee Dee for domestic shipping. The typical transit time is 3-5 days.

You will receive a tracking number when your battery ships.

Returns or exchanges are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty items must be returned in original condition. 

Norsk will evaluate the item and repair or replace it at our discretion.
